Two Full Bathrooms, Modern Kitchen, Dining & Living Room
Large Lanai - Private Covered Parking
Condominium Association requires 2 Week Minimum Rental

High Season:      Feb 1 - Apr 30          $1,850.00 per week

Mid Season:        Nov 15 - Jan 31       $1,700.00 per week

Off Season:         May 1 - Nov 14        $1,350.00 per week

TERMS:

$400.00 refundable Security Deposit required with signed Rental Agreement to secure reservation.

25% of full rental due 30 days prior to arrival.
Balance of rental due at check-in
60 Day notice for full refund of deposit.

We accept Visa, MC & Discover cards or PayPal. Add 2%.
Tax: 11% tax will be added to the net rental.
Cleaning: $90.00 for each rental. Interim cleaning available.
Check-in 3pm  -  Check-out 10am.

Sorry - NO Pets, RV's, large trucks, boats, trailers, or motorcycles.
